LEAKING

New gasketing will often solve the problem of leaking hatches and ports.  Sometimes the sealant has dried and needs replacing.  If older hatch lenses are crazed from UV these can quite often be replaced.  Sometimes the "O" rings in the handles need to be replaced.  If all else fails the port or hatch may need to be completely removed and replacement sourced. 

GLASS

Glass windows may only require new gasketing.  If the windows are acrylic and completely opaque, we remove the old acrylic and using the pieces as patterns replace with new.

STORM WINDOWS

We have developed a system of secondary polycarbonate storm windows for offshore use by our Sceptres but the system lends itself to other boats.  Ask for more information if interested.

SLIDING HATCHES

We also service sliding hatches of various kinds.  In some instances parts are no longer available from the original manufacturer and alternative choices have to be considered.  Either way we will do our best to come up with a solution.

VENTILATION

If your boat has interior moisture issues, the addition of a couple of passive or solar powered vents will greatly enhance air flow and comfort on board.
